Spa Attire

Robes and sandals are provided for your comfort at MedAesthetics. Unless the service description specifies otherwise, it is customary to wear just your robe to your service. You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. During all treatments the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. Disposable undergarments are always available for your comfort.

Your Guide to a Great Experience

To assist you in enjoying your spa experience to the fullest; we offer the following suggestions:

• We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check-in, prepare for your spa visit and enjoy the benefits of the spa facilities. For your comfort, we suggest you shower before all massages and/or body treatments.

• Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Independently of its start time, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

• The use of pagers and cellphones are not permitted in the treatment rooms and/or Relaxation lounge. Please turn your pager and cellphone off or leave them in the locker provided for your personal items.

• Lockers are available for your personal items; we ask that you leave your valuables at home. MedAesthetics is not responsible for lost valuables.

To ensure you enjoy your Spa experience to the fullest, please tell your service provider which areas to focus on and any areas to avoid. Keep in mind that body work is similar to exercise and releases lactic acid and other toxins that may cause soreness for up to a few days.

Med-Aesthetics is a non-smoking environment. Please be reminded that, for your own safety and security, alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Spa.
